Q: Is there a minimum number of packages I need to order?
A: In order to receive the package deal price you must order at least 10 packages

Q: How do you handle payment?
A: In order to receive the free shipping you can either pre-pay with your credit card or you can wait until you receive your gear and pay the amount specified on the invoice which is place on the top of box. If we receive your payment within 30 days we will cut you a check for the amount of shipping and send it right back to you. If you are going to pay with a check, please use just one check for the full amount.

Q: How does the pricing for the names and numbers work?
A: Names are $3 each. If you have a name put on three items in a single package then that individual package will cost an additional $9. It works the same way for numbers but numbers are $2.

Q: What do you mean by 2-color design?
A: 2-color design means that the PRINT being placed on the items are 2 colors. For example: A red and white design being printed on a black hooded sweatshirt.

Q: Do all of the articles of clothing have to be the same color?
A: No, it’s up to you to decide which color or colors you would like your clothes to be. However, in order to receive package deal pricing the design that is to be printed on your gear needs to be the same color throughout. So be careful and make sure not to choose a red and blue design that is supposed to be printed on a red t-shirt, just as an example.

Q: If I decided to change the colors of the design anyway how much more would it cost?
A: - Each time you change the color of the design it is $1 extra per package.

Q: Does each student have to have the same color clothing and design color in his/her package deal?
A: - Yes, if your team decides to go with red sweatshirts then the whole team will have red sweatshirts. The same thing holds true for each item.
