Q: Is there a minimum number of packages I need to order?
A: In order to receive the package deal price you must order at least 10 packages.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Either mail or fax the order form on the back of the 'package deal flyer' or type up all the information and email it to us. Orders must be emailed (info@parrotwear.com), faxed (248-623-3248), or mailed (5701 Corunna Ave., Clarkston, MI 48346) to ensure accuracy, we DO NOT accept orders over the phone--we must have a hard copy.

Q: How do you handle payment?
A: You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, school PO, money order, or personal check. When you receive your clothing, your invoice will be on the top of the box. You can receive FREE SHIPPING by either prepaying, or by paying your bill within 30 days of receipt of your order. If paying by check, please include ONLY 1 CHECK for the entire amount (have individual players make checks out to the school or coach, and send us ONE for the total).

Q: Can I order items individually, and if so what is the cost?
A: Yes you can; Once you meet 10 package minimum you can add as many items as you need. (Parents, coaches) - One color design: Hoodies ($22), Sweatpants ($15), Long-sleeve tee shirts ($10), Short-sleeve tee shirts ($7). If you choose to go with a two-color design, just add $2 to each of the prices above.

Q: What is meant by a one-color design and a two-color design?
A: For a one-color design the actual PRINT on the front of the items is one color (i.e.: white design on a black shirt), and a two-color design means that the PRINT being placed on the items are 2 colors (i.e.: red and white design on black shirt). The shirt color does not count as a design color.

Q: How does the pricing for the names and numbers work?
A: Names are $3 for each item you’d like them on. If you have a name put on three items in a single package, that package will cost an additional $9. It works the same way for numbers, but numbers are $2 each. We do not price by digits or letters--- #35 costs the same as #6, “SMITH” costs the same as “KONSTANTINOV”.

Q: Do all of the articles of clothing have to be the same color?
A: No, it’s up to you to decide which color or colors you would like your clothes to be. However, in order to receive package deal pricing the DESIGN that is to be printed on your gear needs to be the same color throughout--So be careful and make sure not to choose a red and blue design that is supposed to be printed on a red t-shirt.

Q: If I decided to change the colors of the design, how much more would it cost?
A: Each time you change the color of the design it is $1 extra per package.

Q: Does each student have to have the same color clothing in his/her package deal?
A: Yes, if your team decides to go with red sweatshirts then the whole team will have red sweatshirts. The same thing holds true for each item.

Q: What additional options do we have for our order?
A: We have a few different styles of sweatpants available. Our regular sweatpants are a heavyweight non-pocketed pant, but for an additional $1 per pair we can do a heavyweight pocketed pant or a heavyweight open bottom style sweatpant. Q: How long after I place an order will I receive it?
A: From the date that the order is in and finalized the order will be to you in 10-14 days (total days and not business days). Approximately 75% of orders are turned around in 9 days or sooner.
